Dear Dart Fuel,
I know you haven't arrived to fix my oil line leak yet, but I saw this comment forum and wanted to reply before the repair.
Even though I don't have a contract (really thinking about that now), Dart has on many occassions repaired, tuned and overall been very courteous in their professional response to service problems at my residence. As a Centereach resident (17 years now), Dart has made it very convincing to never call anyone else.
My first number dialed will always be Dart Fuel Oil and Burner Service. Thank you for servicing Centereach and the surrounding areas with pride and professionalism for the many years you have. Please continue to do so.

I have been using Dart for about 4 years now. They fixed and fixed my old burner over and over without complaint until I could not take it anymore. I wanted a new burner so I would have no problems in the winter. They assured me that the old burner still had a few years left in it. I had them put in a new one. I liked that they did not push me for a new one to make money, I had to push them!! They are great, when we have problems they get there fast.

In December , Dart Fuel Oil, installed a new Peerless Boiler in my home. I just want to send this note to say that I was and am, extremely pleased with the way I was, and am treated by you and your office staff in helping to schedule the ordering and installation of my boiler. It's nice to deal with people who take the time to care about the customer's needs.
Most of all, I want to let you know how very impressed I was with your installation team, John and Anthony. From the moment I met John, when he gave me the written estimate and showed me pictures of his work, I felt confident that he was the man for my job.
These guys are to be commended. They made sure they covered the entire work area with drop cloths to protect my carpets. Then they went to work. They worked so well together. The installation of the boiler was masterful. John did a great job of laying it out and he and Anthony made it come alive. Not only was the work neat, they took the time to make it right, believe me, I watched every step as my boiler troubles overwhelmed me. John and Anthony understood m nervous anticipation. Not only was I impressed with their workmanship; I was even more impressed with the friendly, nice and absolutely jovial way they approached their job and me. After they completed the job the boiler fired right up without any problems or leaks. John explained where all the new valves were and what they controlled and how the new boiler worked.
I would not hesitate to recommend your company......we are very happy campers in Medford.
